New recruits had their skills put to the test at a hazard reduction burn last weekend. The recruits had been waiting a while given poor weather which had led to a number of burns being postponed. Great job by all the new fire fighters who will be a great asset to their brigades.
Amongst the 'newbies' you might spot Lianna from RFS HQ completing her Bush Fire Fighter training.
